First Day of Vacation?

So my first day of vacation was spent on yard work. Wow. Tomorrow I have a lot of guests. That sounds like work too.

  • Il mio primo giorno di vacanza è stato effettivamente dedicato al lavoro in casa.
    My first day of vacation was actually spent working around the house.
  • Stavo pulendo il prato perché domani mia moglie ed io abbiamo molti ospiti che vengono a pranzo.
    I was cleaning the lawn because tomorrow my wife and I have many guests coming for lunch.
  • Quindi quando inizia veramente la mia vacanza?
    So when does my vacation really start?
