Immunizations

Day 273 of My Italian Learning Journal*

As if it isn't hot enough outside, coming down with chills and a fever is not pleasant. My wife and I both strive to keep our immunizations current, yet the injection we received yesterday has its side-effects, namely chills and a low fever. Hopefully, in a couple of days, we will be back to normal.

  Sometimes immunization injections have side-effects.

• Mia moglie e io ci sforziamo di mantenere aggiornate le nostre vaccinazioni.
  My wife and I strive to keep our immunizations up to date.

• Le iniezioni che abbiamo avuto ieri hanno causato brividi, febbre e dolori.
  The injections we had yesterday have caused some chills, fever, and aching.
