Kindergarten Graduation

Day 269 of My Italian Learning Journal*

My daughter and I departed Corpus Christi, Texas at six in the morning to attend the graduation of my two grandsons. Not from college, nor from high school, but from kindergarten! The boys live in San Antonio, Texas. We arrived just in time to get seated and enjoy the program. There were eight kindergarten classes at this school of 1800 elementary students. There were so many happy relatives in attendance. We had lunch with the family and then my daughter and I returned to our hometown.

  There were many excited relatives watching their children at the ceremony.

  Eight kindergarten classes participated.
