My Birth Family

I am 79 years old, and I was born at home with the help of a midwife.

Medical service was expensive for many families.
My mother raised five sons and two daughters.

Il servizio medico era costoso per molte famiglie.
Mia madre ha cresciuto cinque figli e due figlie.
