An Exceptional School Bandmaster

In Texas, there is a long history of outstanding bandmasters. I have had the good fortune of knowing some of these exceptional musicians and band leaders. One of our relatives has been nominated for the Texas Bandmasters Hall of Fame. This will be quite an honor as he will join a roster of band teachers who have demonstrated exceptional excellence as musicians, teachers, and bandmasters. Phi Beta Mu is the International Bandmasters Fraternity. (Italian grammar corrections are welcome for the following practice script.)

  School bands have helped in the formation of lifelong positive character in band students.
